Growing up in Yardley as the second oldest of seven siblings, I learned the value of hard work and creativity early on. After graduating from Temple University with a degree in Physical Therapy, I spent 15 years working at St. Mary’s Medical Center, while also nurturing my passion for promoting health, fitness, and well-being. This passion extends to my family, including my wonderful husband, Ernie, and my son, Brennan. I also cherish the time spent with my sister, who has Down syndrome and is an inspiration in my life.
